The company behind the care

Dependable care needs a dependable operating system.

Kindaya OS is how we are connecting the work behind the work: priorities, decisions, clinical operations, company knowledge, and the tools our team uses to keep moving in the same direction.

Kindaya OS is being built deliberately. Some tools are active internal drafts, and others are still in development.

What we mean by OS

Not one app. A shared way of operating.

A growing ABA company can collect plenty of software and still lose the thread between a decision, the work it creates, and what the team learns from it. Kindaya OS is meant to hold that thread.

It brings the company's operating rhythm and purpose-built tools into one coherent system, so the right information reaches the right person without turning families or clinicians into project managers.

Three connected layers

Built around the company Kindaya intends to become.

01

Kindaya OS

The operating layer

Company priorities, owner sprints, decisions, standards, and operating knowledge—organized so strategy can become repeatable execution.

  • Owner and operator sprint planning
  • Clear priorities and ownership
  • Connected company knowledge
02

Kindaya EMR

The clinical workflow layer

A purpose-built EMR concept focused on the real work of an in-home ABA practice. The current version is a product draft, not a live clinical record system.

  • Workflow and interface prototyping
  • Information in clinical context
  • Designed around accountable handoffs
03

Kindaya AI

The knowledge layer

A carefully bounded company assistant designed to help people find what Kindaya knows, learn faster, and work from approved information.

  • Company knowledge and resources
  • Teaching and training support
  • Human-owned decisions and review

Operating principles

The system should make the work clearer—not heavier.

01

One source of truth

Important company knowledge should have an owner, a current version, and a place where the team knows to find it.

02

Workflow over software

A tool only matters if it supports a real decision, handoff, or responsibility. Technology follows the work.

03

Human judgment stays accountable

AI can help retrieve and organize information. It does not replace clinical judgment, supervision, or ownership.

04

Build in deliberate stages

Drafts are labeled as drafts. Internal tools prove their value before they are treated as production systems.
