Schedule a Free ConsultationWhat is ABA Therapy?
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is the gold standard in evidence-based therapy for children with autism and developmental differences. Through structured, play-based techniques, ABA builds communication, social skills, daily living skills, and independence — all designed around who your child is and where they want to go.
At Kindaya, we bring therapy to you. Our in-home model means your child learns in their own environment, surrounded by the people, routines, and comforts of everyday life — which is exactly where those skills need to take root.
Why Kindaya
Because every child deserves therapy as individual as they are.
Built for Your Child
Every plan starts with who your child actually is — their strengths, their interests, their challenges. We build from there, not from a template.
Family-Centered
We work alongside your family — not just with your child. The strategies we teach carry into daily life long after the session ends.
Trained, Invested Staff
Our BCBAs and RBTs are thoroughly prepared before they ever walk through your door — and supported well enough to stay focused on what matters: your child.
About Kindaya ABA
In-home ABA therapy rooted in genuine care, deep preparation, and respect for every family we serve.
Hogan Wagner, BCBA
Kindaya ABA was founded by Hogan Wagner, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst whose background spans behavioral health, human resources, and systems design. Hogan built Kindaya on a straightforward belief: that families deserve better care, and that better care starts with better-supported staff.
Kindaya — a word meaning "to nurture" — reflects the conviction that real progress happens when children feel safe, understood, and genuinely cared for. We built this practice to be the kind of provider that is clinically rigorous, honest with families, and staffed by people who are set up to do their best work every single day.
Our mission is to deliver high-quality, personalized ABA services through strong training, modern systems, and fair compensation — so families get better care and the people providing it are genuinely supported.
Our Approach
Guided by science. Driven by heart.
Evidence-Based
Every intervention we use is grounded in peer-reviewed research and best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis — no guesswork, no trends.
Family-First
Parents are partners, not observers. We give families the knowledge and practical tools to support growth beyond the therapy session — in real life, in real time.
Dignity & Respect
We honor each child as a whole person. Therapy should build confidence and independence — and leave every child feeling valued, not just managed.
Our Services
Thoughtful, in-home ABA therapy — shaped around your child, streamlined for your family.
Comprehensive ABA Assessments
We start by truly understanding your child — their abilities, their challenges, and what they care about. Using standardized tools, direct observation, and conversations with you, we build a detailed picture that becomes the foundation of a plan made specifically for them. Getting intake right matters, and we take it seriously.
In-Home ABA Therapy
One-on-one sessions delivered in your home by trained Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) under close BCBA supervision. Sessions target communication, social skills, self-care, and behavior — using play-based, naturalistic approaches that feel natural in the home environment rather than clinical.
Parent Training
You are your child's most consistent teacher. Our parent training sessions give you practical, confidence-building strategies to reinforce progress throughout the day — not just during scheduled hours. We explain the "why" behind every technique so you feel informed, not dependent.
Telehealth Support
For consultations, parent training, and BCBA oversight that works around your schedule. When an in-person visit isn't necessary, we keep things flexible — because your time matters too.
Insurance & Payment
Kindaya ABA accepts private pay and is actively credentialing with major insurance providers. We're happy to walk through your options — reach out and we'll discuss rates and insurance timelines in plain language, with no pressure.
Contact Kindaya ABA
No sales pitch, no pressure. Just a real conversation about your child and what might help.

Careers at Kindaya
A practice that invests in its people — so its people can invest in the families they serve.
Built for the people doing the work
We built Kindaya around a simple belief: when staff are well-compensated, well-trained, and well-supported, the care they deliver is better. That's not a slogan — it's the operating model.
Real Clinical Support
RBTs work under close BCBA supervision with structured training, regular feedback, and genuine professional development — not just a checkbox on an onboarding form. You'll be prepared before you walk through a client's door, and supported long after.
Work That Matters
Every session makes a measurable difference for a child and their family. We work with parents who are fully engaged, and the progress you help create is real and lasting.
Modern Systems
We use technology to reduce the administrative friction that burns people out. Less paperwork overhead means more energy for the clinical work — and a smoother experience for everyone on the team.
Pay You Can Actually Live On
We pay our RBTs at rates that let them thrive in Los Angeles — not just survive. This isn't an accident; it's a deliberate choice. People doing this work deserve compensation that reflects it.
