Kindaya ABA welcomes referrals from pediatric psychologists, developmental pediatricians, and school districts in the San Fernando Valley.
Kindaya ABA is a BCBA-led in-home ABA practice serving children with autism in the San Fernando Valley. We operate with deliberately small caseloads so that each supervising BCBA has meaningful oversight capacity — not a schedule that forces shortcuts. Our clinical model is grounded in the BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance Code and Contemporary ABA approaches that prioritize assent, dignity, and skills generalization.
If you're referring a patient to us, here's what you should know: we communicate with referring clinicians. Progress reports are standard. We welcome coordination. We understand your patients' histories, and we want to work as part of a care team, not as a siloed intervention.
When you send us a patient, you're trusting us with someone who matters. Here's what that trust earns.
Referrals are acknowledged within 24 hours of receipt. You'll hear from us promptly, every time.
Referring clinicians receive quarterly progress reports on referred patients (with appropriate consent). We keep you informed.
You have a direct line to the supervising BCBA, not just an admin. Clinical questions get clinical answers.
We coordinate with pediatricians, psychologists, speech therapists, OTs, and school teams. Collaboration isn't a courtesy — it's how good outcomes happen.
"A good referral helps us serve your patient better and faster."
Don't have everything on the required list? Send what you have and reach out — we'll work through it together. Incomplete information should not delay a family's access to services.
Three paths — choose whichever fits your workflow.
