Meet the Founder
Hogan Wagner, BCBA
Board Certified Behavior Analyst • Founder, Kindaya ABAHogan Wagner founded Kindaya ABA after a career spanning behavioral health, human resources, and systems design. That combination shapes everything about how Kindaya operates — the clinical work is evidence-based and carefully supervised; the business systems are built to support staff so staff can support families; and the culture is one where every person on the team understands why the work matters.
The belief that drove Kindaya's founding: families navigating autism deserve better care, and better care starts with better-supported, better-trained, fairly compensated providers. Kindaya is built from that belief outward.
