Our story

Built from the belief that better care starts with better-supported people.

Kindaya is an in-home ABA practice rooted in genuine care, deep preparation, and respect for every family we serve.

Meet the founder

Hogan Wagner, BCBA

Board Certified Behavior Analyst · Founder, Kindaya ABA

Hogan founded Kindaya after twelve years of clinical work in behavior analysis and a career that also spans recruiting and operational systems for growing service organizations. That combination shapes everything about how Kindaya runs: the clinical work is evidence-based and carefully supervised, and the systems behind it are built so the people doing that work are supported — not stretched thin.

The conviction that drove Kindaya's founding is simple: families navigating autism deserve better care, and better care starts with better-trained, better-supported, fairly compensated providers. Kindaya is built from that belief outward.

Our mission

To deliver high-quality, personalized ABA services through strong training, modern systems, and fair compensation — so families get better care and the people providing it are supported.

Our values

What we hold ourselves to.

These aren't wall art. They're the standards we use to make decisions, evaluate our own work, and hold ourselves accountable to families and to each other.

Family-centered care

Every child and family is different. We build treatment around each family's real routines, priorities, culture, and goals — so ABA feels practical, respectful, and connected to everyday life.

Dignity in every step

We do not reduce children to behaviors or diagnoses. We build skills while protecting dignity, trust, and emotional safety — with patience and respect, always.

Meaningful progress

We focus on skills that matter beyond the session: communication, independence, safety, flexibility, relationships, daily life. Data guides treatment, but progress is measured in the context of a child's real life.

Clear communication

Families should not be left guessing. We explain treatment in plain language, share updates, invite questions, and help caregivers understand what is happening and why.

Excellent people, well supported

High-quality care depends on well-trained, well-supported employees. We invest in training, supervision, coaching, and practical systems so our team can provide consistent, thoughtful care.
