Agreement to these terms

By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy & Notice of Privacy Practices. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. We may revise these terms by posting an updated version with a new effective date.

Information—not medical advice

Public website content is general educational and company information. It is not medical, behavioral, legal, insurance, or emergency advice and does not replace an evaluation or recommendation from a qualified professional who knows the individual situation.

Using the website, sending an email, or leaving a message does not by itself establish a provider-patient relationship with Kindaya ABA. A clinical relationship begins only through Kindaya’s formal intake, consent, and service process.

Emergency help This website is not monitored for emergencies. If someone is in immediate danger, call 911 or use the appropriate local emergency service.

Do not send diagnoses, medical records, insurance identifiers, or other sensitive health information through ordinary email or public website fields. Contact us first so an appropriate exchange method can be arranged.

Authorized company areas

Kindaya Hub, Kindaya OS, and other restricted areas are available only to approved users. Accounts are individual and may not be shared. Users are responsible for protecting their credentials, signing out on shared devices, and reporting suspected unauthorized access.

Internal drafts—including Kindaya EMR and Kindaya AI previews—are development tools. They are not approved patient record systems, clinical decision systems, or substitutes for Kindaya’s authorized production workflows. Real client information and protected health information are prohibited unless Kindaya expressly approves a compliant use in writing.

Acceptable use

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • attempt to bypass authentication, access controls, or security measures;
  • upload malicious code, scrape restricted content, interfere with service availability, or test vulnerabilities without written authorization;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your connection to Kindaya;
  • submit confidential, personal, or health information where the website tells you not to;
  • copy, republish, or commercially exploit Kindaya content or tools except with written permission or as allowed by law.

Kindaya may suspend or terminate access to restricted areas when necessary to protect people, information, or systems.

Content and ownership

The website’s design, writing, branding, training resources, software, and other original material belong to Kindaya ABA or their respective licensors and are protected by applicable law. “Kindaya,” the Kindaya mark, Kindaya OS, Kindaya EMR, and Kindaya AI may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without permission.

Third-party names, services, and materials remain the property of their owners. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; Kindaya does not control their availability, security, content, or practices.

Availability and disclaimers

We work to keep website information accurate and available, but content may change and the website may occasionally be unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” without warranties that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Kindaya ABA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising solely from use of—or inability to use—the public website. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited.

California law

These terms are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of California, without overriding any consumer right or other protection that cannot be waived.
