Work that means something — at a place built to sustain it.
The ABA field burns people out. We think that's a design flaw, not a law of nature. Kindaya is built so the people doing the work are trained seriously, supervised meaningfully, and paid fairly.
Our hiring philosophy
We hire for character and train for excellence.
This work is demanding — technically, emotionally, and physically. We look for people who are patient, curious, and genuinely invested in the families they serve.
In return, we commit to thorough training, meaningful supervision, fair pay, and a culture where doing the right thing is expected and supported. We don't treat supervision as a compliance checkbox, and we don't set caseloads that make good clinical work impossible.
Kindaya is a young practice. Joining now means real uncertainty — and a real hand in shaping what this becomes.
- Serious training — structured onboarding through Kindaya Academy before your first client day, and ongoing development after it
- Real supervision — regular, in-person BCBA supervision with genuine feedback, not a signature on a form
- Fair compensation — pay that reflects our values, because respected people provide better care
- Manageable caseloads — clinical depth over volume; you'll actually know your families
- Ethical practice — modern, assent-focused ABA, and a team that holds each other to it
- A real career path — growth tracks for technicians and clinicians, including support toward BCBA certification
