Kindaya ABA welcomes referrals from pediatric psychologists, developmental pediatricians, and school districts in the San Fernando Valley.

Refer a Patient How Referrals Work
About Our Practice

Clinical-Grade Oversight. Genuine Coordination.

Kindaya ABA is a BCBA-led in-home ABA practice serving children with autism in the San Fernando Valley. We operate with deliberately small caseloads so that each supervising BCBA has meaningful oversight capacity — not a schedule that forces shortcuts. Our clinical model is grounded in the BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance Code and Contemporary ABA approaches that prioritize assent, dignity, and skills generalization.

If you're referring a patient to us, here's what you should know: we communicate with referring clinicians. Progress reports are standard. We welcome coordination. We understand your patients' histories, and we want to work as part of a care team, not as a siloed intervention.

Documentation & Reports How We Measure Outcomes
Our Commitment to You

Our Referral Commitment

When you send us a patient, you're trusting us with someone who matters. Here's what that trust earns.

24h

24-Hour Acknowledgment

Referrals are acknowledged within 24 hours of receipt. You'll hear from us promptly, every time.

Qtr

Quarterly Progress Reports

Referring clinicians receive quarterly progress reports on referred patients (with appropriate consent). We keep you informed.

Dir

Direct Clinical Communication

You have a direct line to the supervising BCBA, not just an admin. Clinical questions get clinical answers.

Co-op

Coordinated Care

We coordinate with pediatricians, psychologists, speech therapists, OTs, and school teams. Collaboration isn't a courtesy — it's how good outcomes happen.

Documentation

What We Need From a Referral

"A good referral helps us serve your patient better and faster."

Required

  • Formal autism spectrum disorder diagnosis documentation
  • Relevant evaluation reports (neuropsych, developmental, school)
  • Parent/guardian consent to communicate with referring provider
  • Insurance information when available

Optional but Helpful

  • Notes on specific behavioral priorities or urgent concerns
  • School or IEP information
  • Names of other current providers

Don't have everything on the required list? Send what you have and reach out — we'll work through it together. Incomplete information should not delay a family's access to services.
